This message can be so annoying that it keeps coming up until you exit IDM .
Solution :
FIRST:
Close every trace of IDM. important
SECOND :
Open your IDM directory and seacrh for this files IDMGrHlp.exe and idmBroker.exe .
THIRD :
Rename IDMGrHlp.exe into IDMGrHlp . …..NOTE without extention.
Rename idmBroker.exe into IDMGrHlp.exe .
FOURTH :
Restart you computer and enjoy .
AFTER THAT THE POPUP WILL NOT SHOW AGAIN …….

Make Sure You Dont Make Any Mistakes as It Results In Functioning Of Th Program

1. Run regedit
2. Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\downloadManager
3. Find the name CheckUpdtVM and modify 10 to 0 (that’s from ten to ZERO)
4. Done!
